LIGAMAS SDN BHD is joint venture between PKNS and Mixwell (M) Sdn Bhd with paid-up capital of RM60 million.

In line with the tradition of excellence by PKNS, in spearheading the property development industry in Selangor, LIGAMAS is actively involved in planning and developing a comprehensive township area for the comfort of the community.

Comprising of a total area of 1,800 acres in land size and 45km from Kuala Lumpur, the Bandar Utama Batang Kali Project in the Hulu Selangor area is the work of careful planning and attention to detail by LIGAMAS.
